As my precious would say... Huzzah!

~Monday, Jun. 17, 2002~

Well, parts of today were good. Lunch especially. Boys and I are sitting, well, they were sitting, I was standing behind them, prayin' they didn't wiggle and fall off the bar stools they decided they just had to sit on when one of the guys from the Pagan group I started up walks past, recognizes me, who wouldn't when I've got the monsters with me, and stops to chat. He asks how I like living off the support site, I ask how the wife and kids are, he tells me they're in the states, I say he's probably having too much fun with his D&D group. He than tells me that they're actually losing people, and he's afraid they might have to stop for a bit, and would I happen to know anyone that's interested in playing. Do I happen to know anybody... Huyea! ME!

So we talk a bit about that, and he told me what kind of campaign he's running right now... Actually sounds pretty interesting, and not very difficult to jump in in the middle of, like some I've been in... So, he supposed to email me tonight with more info, the whens and wheres of it all, and I'll soon have a D&D group! WOOHOO!!!

Than I find out I have about $100 more than I thought I did, which is very nice. I'm usually close to broke shortly after payday, which sucks, so finding extra dough is a very good thing. I also think I'm gonna bug Tommy about the $500 he owes me for the car tomorrow when I see him, little slacker boy...

And, I also got more pictures of my kitties! YEA! They're so very cute. Little boy and a little girl kittie. Val says that they'll be ready to get their rabies shots on the 17th of July, I think that's when she said, and than they have to get here within a week or two of getting the shots, so it's getting really close. I'm so excited! And the boys think they're cute too. Showed them the pictures, and it was the whole "Kitty kitty, pet kitty" thing. So I gave them M&Ms to distract them. That got them going for a little while... Note to self 2 year olds and too much sugar do not mix well. Ah well, my own fault.

Than dinner, than a much needed bath for the boys, than a much needed early bedtime for the boys... Much needed by mommy, not them. Now here I am, trying to figure out how to do Katte's diary, and feelin' like I'm beating my head against the html wall. And I know html, so it's rather frustrating the bugeezes out of me... *sighs* Blech!
