Blah...

~Wednesday, Jun. 26, 2002~

Well, today was just one of those days. I didn't feel like doing jack diddly, so I really didn't. Not especially the best thing, but I had a serious lack of energy and motivation. Oh wait, I did do a load of laundry, I did play with and feed the boys, so I guess I did a couple things. Other than that, I didn't do dick.

Jared almost took my thumb off this morning. He and Tristan went into the kitchen and after they'd been in there a couple minutes, I followed. Jared had the shears that I'd used to open the water packs, and was playing at cutting the dining room chairs. I reached to take them away from him, not wanting him to hurt himself, and somehow my thumb ended up inbetween the blades rather than outside them. And Jared decided that was the time to close the blades. Funny thing is I felt the shears cut me, but it didn't register that it was happening. I finally got them away from him and now have a cut that goes halfway around my thumb, on the inside, at the knuckle, that's probably a good 1/2 inch deep. And now it hurts. And it'll hurt more in a little while when I take a shower...

Went to Momma's today, and just had no desire to post anything. I read the threads where they had been left off, but really had nothing to say, so left. I'll probably go back after I clean myself and see if there's anything that sparks my brain. Ok, replied to one. Nothing new that's wanting my brain power to be used.

I swear, I have no motivation to do anything right now. I'm sitting here, looking at the time, and knowing I need to get in the shower, but I just don't care to. Oh, and look, now Beth is on so I have more reason not to have to move... *sighs* Oh joy! John's on, so that makes it even worse.

And how's this for pathetic... I started this at 7:09 pm, and it's getting posted at 8:36pm. Rather sad it took that long to write this little bit...

Ok, ok, I'm going to the shower!!!
