Relationship advice

This isn't directed at anyone in particular. Just putting it here so that I have it for future purposes. And, this isn't fully finished, I'm sure, as I know I don't know everything about relationships. But this is good for starters. Hope it helps someone sometime...

1) There's no such thing as 50/50. Each person has to give 100 percent to the relationship or it's bound to fail.

2) Both people have to make the other the highest priority, because that's where they should be. Otherwise, there's no point to it all.

3) A good relationship is founded on mutual trust, respect and communication.

4) Though it takes both people to make the relationship work, it really can be destroyed by one person.

5) It's never the big things that destroy a relationship, but the little things that eat away at it.

6) And this one I never believed before, but it's starting to ring all too true... The person that loves the least controls the relationship.

7) If you can't find the time, make it. If it's not worth making the time, than the relationship isn't worth it in the first place.
