I hurt

~Oct. 11, 2002~

I've hurt my foot somehow. I don't know how, but I have. All the bones and joints on the outside of my left foot are killing me. Gods above, my foot hurts. I sure hope it stops, or I'm not going to be doing much of anything today.

I did, however, find a good electric keyboard so I can start playing again. YAY!!! Unfortunately, they won't ship it to me. BOO!!! However, as is usually the case, there's got to be a way around that. Just have to figure out what it is... So, it may not be my piano, which isn't my piano anymore, thanks, Gramps, but at least it's something that will be similar and I can play again.

Gods, it's been ages since I've played. And that was always something that I enjoyed doing. Oh, not during the lessons, but when I was teaching myself. And it always came so naturally, so easily. I was working on a Mozart piece when I stopped, due to joining the military, but I know that may be beyond me at the moment. That, and I don't have the music anymore. *sighs* Over 9 years, it's been. Far too long.

Well, the boys are engrossed with the live action Glenn Close version of 101 Dalmations, so I'm gonna hop in the shower, if my foot will support me. Hell, I wish I knew what happened to it. And where all my bruises came from...
