So far, so bad...

~Nov. 11, 2002~

This day has gone to shit rather quickly, I must say. Started off in the usual way, the alarm going off, just way to early. 4 am. It should be illegal to have to get up that early... But I've gotten used to it, and it's not much of a problem now. Get the kids in the car, and head out. Gate won't open. I try the key. No luck. I try the key to bypass the motor and manually push it open. Nada. So for an hour and a half, I was effectively locked in to my apartment complex. This mean calling The Evil One, aka, my boss, letting him know, and having him call my sitter for me.

So I finally get in to work, and someone has stolen my work jacket. Yes, that's right. Stolen. I know where I left it, and it's not there. I've looked in all the office spaces I have access to, which are a lot and has taken a good couple hours. Tommie helped some, and we've both asked everyone that's on watch here, and was here last night. Now, I wouldn't mind someone borrowing it over night, seeing as how I'm not needing it, being home asleep and all, but at least return the damned thing. Those jackets are fucking expensive! Than to get all the crap sewn on so that I can actually wear it while working... Jesus! That's close to 90 bucks total, and now it's gone. I'm pissed to say the least.
